Terms and Conditions

Payment shall be given at the beginning of each lesson before any teaching commences, unless a bulk pack has been purchased and paid in advance.

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy for each individual lesson. If notice of a cancellation is not given, via text, email, or phone call, within a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson, I reserve the right to charge the full fee.

In the event where the teacher has to cancel a lesson, every effort will be made to also allow for 24 hours notice, however this is not always possible and the teacher reserves the right to cancel any lessons at any notice for any reason. In the event a lessons is cancelled, all reasonable effort will be made to re-arrange that lesson to a convenient time for the student so no student sees extended periods between lessons.

All students and anyone accompanying them will respect the teacher and premises. If any behaviour is deemed to be unresolvably inappropriate, as judged solely by the teacher, the student and anyone accompanying them will be asked to leave the lesson before the end time has passed and no refund will be offered for the missed time.

Lessons may begin to wrap-up up to 5 minutes before the lesson end time in order to allow for a smooth transition and prompt start for the next student.

If a student has paid for a bulk pack of lessons and decides they wish to stop before all lessons in the pack have been completed, they have 30 days from original payment to request a refund for the remaining undelivered lessons. 

Students will respect the privacy of the teacher, their premises, and their family and friends. Any information concerning these things that is made available to the student will not be divulged to any other party beyond what is public knowledge, or agreed by the teacher.
